We have an enemy. His name is Satan. We have two others but the focus here is Satan. The others are our flesh and the world. He wants to destroy us. But we can't let that happen. But in the spiritual world, we can't let that happen. We have the belt of truth, which means that we ascertain that our belief in Christ is the truth. We have the breastplate of righteousness which means that we hold to what is just. We have the shoes of peace which we enjoy the absence of war. We do have the helmet of salvation which means that we have been saved by Jesus Christ and we do not have to worry about the devil. We have the shield of faith which means that we believe every word that Jesus and God said. We have the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, the BIble. So, when the devil attacks, we have all of these weapons and also, we can pray.
