Two Early Churches
- Roman Catholic Church---It is the world's largest church. The pope is the leader and he is known as the 'vicar of Christ'. They operate many good civil operations. They believe that they were founded by apostles though bishops which Peter was chief. They believe in the Bible and Sacred Tradition from Apostles. Their worship is called liturgy and another worship is the Eucharist.
- Eastern Orthodox---They believe that they are the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic church founded by Jesus and apostles 2,000 years ago. It is guided by bishops. Its church practices are apostolic and patristic. It traces its practices to the apostles, Paul, the Byzantine emprime, and the Roman empire. It believes in the Apocrypha, just as the Roman Catholic Church does.
