Stewardship

You have heard of the story of the minas or the talents. God gave one man five talents and the man invested them and recieved five more. God gave another man two and God gave him two more. On the other hand, God gave one man one talent and he wasted it and God did not approve of what this man did with it. So, what's the moral of the story? Well, the truth is that we will be held accountable for what God gave us. We will not go hell, unless you are an unbeliever, but you will receive gain or loss of joy in the heavenly kingdom. Basically, we are told not to waste anything which we have received from the kingdom and use it for God's purposes or use it for reasonable purposes. Another thing is that God will look at the motive of the heart and what we were thinking. We will be rewarded accordingly. Whatever the Lord gives you, use it wisely because we will have to give an account for what we did. It is like being auditted, You are going into to kingdom (if your name is in the Book of Life), but your amount of happiness will be determined by what you do here on Earth. But if you don't have Jesus, you don't get in the door!!!
